First off, what I'm about to say might come out mean, but that is not the intent. How long has it been since you watched CCS? Because Sakura's only 10 in CCS, and her hair is light brown, not red. It's a pretty picture, the eyes kinda remind me of bratz, but if it weren't for the uniform it wouldn't look anything like CCS Sakura. More like a red-headed TRC Sakura
